Kieran MulcahyKieran Mulcahy

Kieran Mulcahy is a graduate of the University of Limerick and he holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree (Majoring in Accounting and Finance).

After qualifying as a Solicitor Kieran was awarded from the Law Society of Ireland a Diploma in Commercial Conveyancing, a Diploma in Employment Law and a Diploma in Insolvency Law and Corporate Restructuring.

Kieran is also an Accredited Mediator.

Kieran was appointed a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in 2013.

Kieran is a Committee Member and he has also served as the Treasurer of the Limerick Solicitors Bar Association.

Kieran was the Winner of the Munster Sole Practitioner/Sole Principal of the Year Award at the 2018 Irish Law Awards and a Finalist in the Munster Solicitor of the Year category at the 2018 Irish Law Awards.




Kevin O’ReillyKevin O'Reilly

Kevin is a graduate of University College Cork where he obtained both a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree and an LLB Degree. Kevin was then admitted to the Roll of Solicitors. Kevin was subsequently awarded a Diploma in Property Tax from The Law Society of Ireland.

Kevin has extensive and varied experience in all aspects of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing. He has acted for Developers, Charitable Organisations, Vintners and for Vendors and Purchasers of both Residential and Commercial property.

Kevin has particular expertise in the drafting of Wills, in the finalisation of all aspects of the Administration of Estates and in the filing of Inheritance Tax Returns.

Kevin specialises in and has vast knowledge in all areas of Litigation. He has over a long number of years successfully attended Courts on behalf of clients. He also attends the Family Law Courts and advises on all aspects of Family Law and he further deals with Equity disputes.

Kevin is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).




Julie Sadlier

Julie graduated from University College Dublin with an honours BCL Degree and was admitted as a Solicitor member of the Law Society of Ireland. She was awarded the O’Reilly Memorial Scholarship by the Law Society.

She thereafter gained very substantial experience spanning complex international corporate transactions and private client work commencing with a professional apprenticeship in Dublin. Here she became very interested in Commercial Law and she took up a position in London to further her career. While she worked in the UK she was also admitted as a member of the Law Society of England and Wales. She returned to Ireland and initially worked in International Corporate Law.

More recently she has worked in general practice where she has continued to enhance her corporate and commercial experience, including Commercial Property and she has also been responsible for an extensive portfolio of Commercial and Civil Litigation. In recent years she has developed a keen interest in Debt Recovery, Banking and Insolvency Law.

Julie has also lectured on the Law Society Personal Insolvency Practitioner course. Throughout her career she has been a keen protagonist of efficient and early dispute resolution and she has trained as a Mediator.

She has also been a Volunteer Mediator with Northside Mediation and is a member of the Law Society Panel of Mediators.

Julie is a member of the Law Society Litigation Committee.



Mark PotterMark Potter

Mark is a graduate of the University of Limerick where he obtained both a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Majoring in Law) and a Masters Degree in Risk Management & Insurance.

Mark has acquired substantial and varied experience in all aspects of Conveyancing both Residential and Commercial, having acted for Developers, from Housing Estates to Golf Courses, Multi-Storey Car Parks, Leisure Centres, Apartment Blocks, Licensed Premises, Nursing Homes, Holiday Hostels and Shopping Centres.

Mark also specialises in all matters relating to Probate, Wills and Estate Planning.

Mark has further expertise in practising Litigation in the Courts, particularly in the Circuit Court and the High Court in relation to Personal Injuries, Contract Law and Civil Litigation.




Petra JurcisinovaPetra Jurcisinova

Petra has been with the firm since its inception.

Petra holds a Master of Law from the Comenius University Faculty of Law in Bratislava. Petra has experience of Public International Law, Private International Law, International Business Law, European Law and International Relations Law.

Petra has particular proficiency in the areas of Personal Injury, Employment Law, Estates, Wills and Trusts, Insolvency Law and Immigration Law.

Petra speaks fluent Polish, Slovakian, Czech and she also speaks German.





Ashley BarronAshley Barron

Ashley has recently rejoined our firm after having studied Advanced Business and Economics. 

Ashley also has an Advanced Certificate in Business, Office Administration and Secretarial Skills.

In addition to the courses which she undertook, Ashley has accumulated over five years of working in Solicitors’ firms and she has acquired significant legal experience, particularly in the areas of Conveyancing and Litigation.

Ashley further assists in the management of our office and she provides key support to each of our Solicitors and she delivers a first-rate service to all of our clients.
